i was wondering which of the two buggies would be better for bashing. they are both about the same price. please help me make a descion

no doubts about it... get the PBS or PCR there awsome bash buggys and they can be raced and stick in there.

ok because it will be my first buggy

are their motors reliable?

well the hyper 8 port engine that comes with it is a very strong motor. the carb. can be a little tricky to tune and hold a tune. but dont let that scare you away from this buggy. all you have to do later down the road is get an O.S carb. it will run you about 48$, But the engine itself will hold up for a long time. I think you will be very happy with it. Good luck

I have the pbs and have run about 3/4 of a gallon thru it so far and have done some hard bashing, and am very happy with it. The only problem I had was with the starter box it came with, it would not turn it over. The hyper motor is very tight and can be a little stubbern to brake in but it is worth it once she is running. I had to upgrade to a better Ofna box. I believe the pcr edition comes with the pull start, or it used to anyways. Hope this helps.

yeah i forgot to say the starter box sucks, but thats not to bad. i mean all you gotta do is get a more powerfull one. i prefer the True Start " Chrome top" by OFNA. its awsome and has cool looks to it. Nice pic up there :fro:

I got the pcr also and its awsome!! Like they said the starter box has alittle to be desired, but once you get it running once the starter box will do the trick. and it doesn't come with a pull start only the starter box.

Ya the after market Ofna box is the way to go thats the one I have too, here is a link if you want to check it out. Even after brake in my stock box won't turn it over.

vbgagnon your pcr never came with a pull? I know they use to come with both zandor22 got one a couple months ago and his had both, but you never now what they are putting in the box these days, so Rc10dude you may want to call and ask when you order just to make sure.
