the way i see it nothing compairs to the beast of a computer i have standing in the corner of my room.. the graphics are better.. i can pick whatever controller i want.. and the games are awsome.. plus the whole ethernet game thing whoops xbox live any day.. and if i get bord i can pop in a cd, a dvd, or surf the web without even getting off my ass.. (man i sound lazy) oh yea and the screen resolution is WAY better that even the best hdtv's but i do have two ps2's in my house.. for variety if i need it..

do you play Mechwarrior...I tried it online but got my ass whooped inlike 10 seconds flat by some kid that didn't even speak english so I was even more pissed I couldn't understand him.....

ok! first and foremost i have to mention to whoever said it that,ALL new game systems will be standard wireless! even the nintendo revolution. i never there were some many haters for the Xbox. I'm not too sure on the dvd deal.I like my xbox and yes i am addicted to socom 2 online for ps2.

Playin ps2 online is cool, but kinda sucks cuz if your beating someone bad or they know there going to lose, they just quit and it pisses me off. I usually just play madden and atv offroad fury online, and man there are some sore losers on there..lol

i understand that xbox came out first, i am also a fan of xbox titles such as halo and halo 2 but is that the soul reason for liking an xbox over ps2. my personal favorite is unreal tournement. But like i said socom online is unmatched, and lets not forget about the grand theft auto series. Sony has the big name titles, and that unfortuantly is where xbox looses out. also they have been around for so long so that is sonys advantage. I agree sonys downfall is grafix, no hard drive, and lack of 4 player but still i spend much more time on my ps2 then my xbox.

Also sony has gotten us to buy a hard drive which does nothing besides let you play final fantasy, they got us to buy a online connection, and many other add ons which xbox comes with. Xbox has sony there.

I agree with some of the stuff. Like the Online thing, but then that makes up for the Xboxers having to buy a Dvd remote. And the HD on the Xbox is lame.. Whats it good for honestly? OoOoOo.. I can save music in it.. How bout ya turn on the cd player...lol.. PS2 has the games. Xbox games are limited and seem produced to fast so theres to many so-so games. The multi tap for the PS2 is only like $20 but I do agree it should be right on the console. I own a Ps2 and a Xbox and I dont see any change in graphics really. There are some games that just naturally have crappy graphics, and some that have awesome ones. I think thats more on who makes the games.. One of the main things I dont like about my Xbox is the HUGE controllers, and the lame games.. But I do like the game demolition derby (the whole reason why I bought the Xbox) adn ps2 doesn't make it. Other than that, its PS2 HAND DOWN for me.
