:n00bie:OK I have a novak brushless ss4300,175w,4300kv,o.45kt sensored brushless system.I have no idea what all those dam #'s mean.
the problem is as you give throtle the shaft spins out .not immedently it takes a few seconds but is there a way to stop thihs from happening i'm tryinng to get it going for this weehend for my 11 yr old daughter.:angry::\:\

You mean the shaft spins out of the motor or it spins out of the pinion gear?

Pinion gears usually have a set screw that needs to be loctited and screwed down nice and tight.

As far as the shaft spinning out of the motor... I've never run a brushless motor but there might be an e-clip or similar that holds the shaft in.

:stickup:the shaft spins out of the motor.then once it comes out a little (enough it doesn't mesh with the spure you can pull it out ) but it is not like it pulls easy.it is tight but the shaft spins freely no binding .:ponder2:

come on people 22 veiws and only 1 peice of advise? I know someone on here can help.I would like to have this running before my daughter gets home from her sisters house. and after this one gets going i'm sure i will have a lot of other ?'s i have about 6-8 maybe more electric cars to get running. have parts for most.just don't know poop about electric.once i get them running i will be getting rid of a few ,can;t sell if i don't know they work .maybe as rollers. i can use all the help i can get.

Call Novak. That would have been my first suggestion. In the manual, is that one of the Q&A for trouble shooting?
