So I have the HoBao fuelled, primed and it started..but it was screaming its head off and i had no control but to block muffler to stop it.
How do I stop the uncontrollable revving and get control?
Is it a carb setting thing or something on the remote?
Thanks, its why I'm on here.. for help

Take the air filter off and make sure the throttle is closed if you are sucking air that can cause it but it will usally die out .Start with that and go from there.Oh make sure your radio is on before you start it.:D

best thing is make sure the tires are off the ground when you start it so you can mess with a few things with out it taking off on you aswell. try your settings on your controler aswell. the best way to make sure your controler is working right or set righ tis with the engine not running turn everything on and push throttle and everything to make sure its doing what it is supposed to.

Not real familiar with that truck but heres what I had a problem with. My sons Maxx .15 pro has a rotory carb, and the linkage wouldn't close all the way due to it hitting on the bottom coling fin on the engine. Check for stuf like that, servo trims, fresh batteries, ect. When you pull the throttle open, with the truck off, it should snap shut back to the base setting of about 1-1.5mm. Also, search on here about checking for air leaks as just about all factory built engines come assembled poorly. Keep us posted on what you find.
