Nitro Rustler with 2 speed transmission

Hey guys! So I am trying to convert my Nitro Rustler from a 1 speed (Magnum) transmission to a 2 speed transmission I am thinking of using the jato transmission but I was wondering if anyone has done this or something similar that can point me in the right direction.

Also the 19 would be a big block where as the 3.3 is a small block

Also forgot that the dynamite 19 is a direct replacement for traxxas nitro trucks

I ended up going with a lrp .21

Also so you don't have to use the fly wheel at all you can get yourself one of these.
