It is possible, but not recommended because of issues with keeping the engine cool and the slipper intact.
 
But if it's like electric where there is one engine in front and one in back and they are exposed won't they stay cool

Dont put much thought into man. Their electric for a reason, if nitro or even gas was a realistic option, it would be available.

LMFAO!!!!^^^^^^

This one has been gone over and over, you need more then a 0-5 MPH breeze to to keep the nitro motors cool under some very hi load, not to mention not burning up your clutch, and also poor low speed torque.
