i recently had a gp3300 battery pack die on me, i would charge it up and it would propel the car at full speed for about 30-40ft then it would die and barely be able to move the servo, but i found a method to revive my pack!!!

1. take a 9v or 12v charger/adapter (dc) and attach it to the pack with the correct polarity.
2. plug it in and let it charge for 1-1.5 min on 12v and 1.5-2 min on 9v.
3. quickly unplug it and put it on the charger, let charge to full potential and observe results.

tips: if you find this not working try charging it a little longer but no more than 5 min or you risk over charging the pack, for single cells only apply for less than 5 sec.

note: it is possible to have a dead cell.

warning: it is possible to over charge a pack and it may leak, burst or release toxic gasses, i am in no way responsible for your actions.

I've done something similar, but it was because I left something on and the pack drained completely. It happened recently in my micro-t. The stock charger wouldn't see the pack, so I rigged up my normal charger to try, it also couldn't see the pack. So I put 4 NiMH AA's in one of those cheesy holders and put leads on it to touch it on the contacts of the dead pack for a few minutes. I kept it on there for about 30 seconds or so, then I quickly plugged it into my normal charger and it took a charge, repeatedly.

However, the run time was very short (5 minutes or so). Or seemed to be, so I ditched it and cobbled up 4 aaa's for my micro.

you can also use another battery to charge it, i have used a 12v 8 amp sla battery that workrd just fine, any 9v-12v dc power source will work.
