Will a traxxas 2215 receiver work with a 150a hobbywing xerun esc? I don't knw how to set it up if so, do I put the esc plug in the battery? Because I've tried it an I put steering servo on channel 1 it won't turn the steering or nothing, I'm new to electric I don't knw anything , thank you

You plug the ESC into channel 2. steering servo goes in 1. Battery plugs into the esc.

What could cause receivers to not work? When I got this truck the guy said it just needs a receiver, well I took my 27ghz receiver out of my jato, hooked it up like you said an the servo won't work so I put it back on my jato an knw it won't work on the jato but I'd did work right before I took it out, what's causing this? I got this truck thinking electric was easier , but this is just a headach
