I'm new to rc buggies I'm lookin to buy a new buggie. I was looking at an ofna 9.5 mbx but i am seeking out some advice. thanx a lot

All I have to say is read a lot of stuff. a $100-$200 up front could mean $500 savings in the long run. It is just my opinion but spend a little more up front and you get so much more. The top buggies you always here winning races are for a good reason. You have to find what fits you best in the long run and how much you will use it and how much you care about the little things that add up to a lot. It's really up to a few in my mind so pm me if you want my real opinion on what is the best buggies for your money.

As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. Spend a little more money and get a quality buggy. Lots of people will stand by their GS Storm. Granted it's not as expensive as the Kanai's and other high end buggies, but it's a good quality buggy.

Do you want a kit or RTR? Do some research on the buggies and make comparisons.

You might want to browse through the buggy section of this site. Or try conducting a search using the search function of the site. I am certain that you will be overwhelmed with the amount of information available. But it will at least get you going in the right direction.

As HB and Diver have both pointed out, spend a little more up front so that you do not have to spend more down the road.

take a look at the vilolator(OFNA), the storm of course, and the hotbodies lightning.

Whats wrong with the Ofna 9.5 MBX? This looks like a very high quality "Mochine". I too am looking very closely at the MBX. The Violator seems like it's too low for the place I bash. It's 1/2 inch lower than the MBX.

I also need help in this. The buggy world is more complicated than the "Savaqe-Nation".
