i know the ez start is whack

can i bypass the blue glow plug wire anyway??

i know blabla buy an ignitor but is it possible to fix this issue without buying an ignitor has anyone found the weak point or what

also what keeps the plug hot after ignition and initial startup

well what is the problem you are having with the glow plug wire....i have three trucks equiped with the ezstart system....the only problem i have had is in the event of a roll over type wreck sometimes the wire gets skint up and a few have completly wore in two...thats and easy fix though...just wire them back up and your good to go....also i have put 4 or 5 cable ties (zip ties) on th ewire where it crosses over the cooling head to help protect it from such wear....it has helped....

and the ignition of the nitro fuel over and over again keeps the plug hot...

A piece of either fuel tubing or heat shrink will also help protect the wire.

didn't think about fuel tubing...i don't think heatshrink would hold up very long though...hell use all three...first heat shrink then fuel tube, then some cable ties....lol....that would be a mess...but i bet it would work really really good...
