RC Driving Style
Hi everyone, i need a little help, I'm a newbie just got my rc today and i did the engine break as well took me around 4hrs.
But now got a problem when i start it if i dont hit the gas because i took glow plug it dies, it keep on if the glow plug is over it, if take it out its dies, i need to hit gas a bit until it stabilize and rarely keep on with out hit gas.
Second question is why every time i try to break engine shout off?
Its a 1/10 scale and engine is a vertex .16
Thanks

Try a new plug and set your carb gap at 1mm or you may need to lean it just a hair.

how i lean it turning the screw like going inside or taking it out? about the breaking thing, i read here i need to take intake out, brake leave it press and the black screw there turn it one side or other till is a 1-2mm of the little circle visible! is this correct?
and thanks for reply me

Before you lean your lsn try a new plug. If you lean your lsn be careful not to lean it to much because you can fry your motor if you lean it to much.lean is clock wis and rich is counter clock wise but try everything else first.and yes your carb opening should be 1mm or the with of a papers clip.

Fescue thanks you very much for patience and time i will try to read my plug to see what condition its running, because i dont want it to run run it lean, before i have it out and it was trowing like a blue fluid through my muffler pipe, when i got it that needle was almost
Completely down, i will put it down completely and turn it out 2.5 turns is this correct? Thanks again, this hobby is a little more complicate that what i though it was

I try to open a little bit the LSN but it does look like doing nothing if i loss it or tight it, and it keep turning of if i brake it.

If your engine shuts off while you're applying the brake then you need to adjust your idle screw so the carb doesn't shut all the way.
