I notice the forum link it different but not much.

I dont know if you could do this on the other version, but you can ckick on the Currently Active Users type and it shows you whos on what thread.

As mentioned HERE in the site announcements forum, we have just upgraded to the newest version of vBulletin which is what we use for the forum software.

I have did a completely clean install of the forum, thus the reason for the blah look of the forum. This is because we are running at ground zero, no hacks, no mods, nothing plain jane. Throughout the weekend I plan to have most of the popular hacks and mods installed.

Currently the who's online thing is working, but i'm sure woodie will deactivate it soon

Doing a clean install is the only real way to make sure the site is stable. Its amazing how many hacks were installed and how long it takes to get back to the last look we had.

I think we need to applaud Woodie for doing things the proper way instead if trying to cut corners.

How much are you getting per hour for your programing fees?
Don't forget to take some time to eat and sleep.

kwong2001 - Actually I have no intentions of removing it. In fact it was there with the old version as well, but labeled "Who's Online", by clicking on that did the same thing as "Currently Active"


Mayhem - Well I did catch a lil sleep lastnight, went to bed at around 3am, then back up early to start again.


Eddy - How much am I getting paid per hour? Well how much would you like to pay me? Right now it's zero dollars an hour.

Ohh well now I realize how many hacks, mods, and tweaks RCNT REALLY had. I also realize how long its gonna take to put most back now.

Excellent job Woodie. My friend from another forum had to do that. I'll have to set you up with the link to it sometime. He's been at it for well over 4 years. His forum is sweet though. Has two modes for viewing. Two completely different looks, and boy, does he have some mods added. I'm sure he's in the 400's of mods easy.

Maybe you can contact him and get some "quik tipz". LOL

By the way, back in the day there was this one forum hack.. It allowed users to "read" multiple threads within one window. It was pretty friggin neat, not sure what it was. Basically a "frame" idea in all respect. Ahh well go back to work.
