i have ordered a Jeep Rubicon body, new wheels and tires (from Brandon), and a few odds and ends from robmobs garage sale. this one also is not turning very well ... what would you guys suggest ?? the wheels turn, but nothing like my buggy or LST ... maybe about 1/4 of what i would think that they should.

and AE's MMGT 3.0

nice new toys...
as for the savage steering, take a look at the servo saver. make sure its not stripped in anyway. short of that, think about swapping out the servo to hitech 645 or jr 650. both are cheap (under 40 bucks) and provide 100+oz of torque.

The steering servo on the Savage is weak from the factory. It will turn a little more when moving, but I recommend an upgrade ASAP. I have the JR St126 in mine, a lot better but could still stand to be a bit stronger IMO.

**EDIT: Nice looking trucks!

Ohhh shiny!

I can't wait to see how you get on with that MMGT 3.0. I am eyeballing one up myself, for when I have the money for a Nitro.

Nice rigs. Alpine, the body mounts are adjustable and that body can be mounted a good bit lower if he wants. I say slam the body down, cut off the fenders and trim the hood down to a pie shape, while getting rid of the headlights and grill. Then shorten the bed and give it a bob tail, but maybe that's just the crawler in me :)

New Toys are always pretty make sure you post before and after pics down the road! A Savage might be my next truck...

thanks guys ... now if i just had the time to have some some fun with them !! i have to finish cleaning the tree parts from the yard.:( :( :( :(
