New to me hpi sprint 2

I was given this this morning. I'm super excited to drive it. It's in really good shape and looks very lightly used overall. I found a tmaxx in the road last night and found the owner this morning. When I returned the tmaxx he asked if I wanted an hpi drift in his words. I took it and just looking at it I know it's an hpi sprint 2. Overall I'm flabbergasted he even offered it as a reward.

Lol it was a weird thing to see in the middle of the road for sure. I'm just glad it got back to its owner

He had his tailgate down on his truck and it flew out to chase a dog I think. It was found across the street from the dog park

Changed the plugs to deans as that's what I run dropped in a spare futaba setup charged the battery and gave it a rip. This is definitely a fun little car and super quiet too. Probably the quietest one I own

Nobody said it had to be fair. I think they might be better matched than expected. Hers runs lipo mine runs nimh lol
