I just got a new hitec servo for my ultra lx one, it's a hitec 5665 mh servo for my steering, I just slapped it on and haven't taken it out yet. Anyone know anything about this servo, good or bad (prob should've posted this before I bought it).

Also, I stripped a screw on the servo bracket. I got it in, but if I need to take it out, it prob will be a problem. Any suggestions on how to get it out w/o drilling?

That should be a fine servo. Did you strip the head or the threads?

If you stripped the head and you have a dremel, you can carefully cut a thin slot in it and use a standard screwdriver to remove. If you do, just grind a little at a time or it will heat up and melt the servo ear.

I stripped the head and I don't have a dremel. May have to pick one up

A dremel is a great tool to have around. Mines gotten me out of many pinches.:)

get a automatic center punch. put it at an angle on the screw and push, the punch hammers like a impact.
