just ordered a sc10 TRT today. my local oval track is settings up a figure 8 with jumps and all for the trophy trucks. any setup tips or any info i shoud know?

grats on the purchase. I'm picking-up a 4 race used one myself.

have been runnin my SC10 on the dirt oval, works great just need to do a couple things.....add xtra shims to the right side to help prevent body roll, put in 5 limiter's in the shocks and change to 40w oil...gear to max temp (brushless app. 160 or less) gear has high as possible...if u can change tires the goose bumps have xtra good traction as does the bowties... these trucks are a absolute ball on the oval...good luck

Add extra shims to the right side where? If you put limiters on the shocks, doesn't that raise the ride height, which I thought was bad for oval?

Thanks for any help you can give...
