new mamba max pro doesn't work

So I got a new mamba max pro and installed it on the truck. All I get is no lights and two continuous beeps. I can't enter programming or anything. The radio is a stock hpi tf 40. I googled it and tried everything I could find including turning epa as high as it would go. Anyone have any idea? batteries are fully charged

I did at lunch. Just as I figured. Another pos castle product. Its bad from the factory so I have to spend money to send them a product that didn't work for a 1/10 of a second

Did you get it at your LHS? If so I would just take it back.

Yep it was bad from the factory. Had to send it back for replacement

ok, only issue get with mine is the beta updates some work others don't i've been lucky an esc hasn't blown like some has.
