There are the money orders that have to be accounted for as well.
Woodie will have to wait for them to come in the mail before picking a winning number I suppose.
Maybe he will give us a window on when the numbers will be picked.
Lets wait and see. He's been giving updates.

As of now the RCNT/ HCR Lotto is SOLD OUT!, however I am considering this sold out on the basis of the money orders and checks on the way as soon as those checks/MO's are received a winner will be drawn.

I'm guessing by Wednesday we should have our winner!
