well i got the Integy one, the only integy part i will ever buy also. only got it because the aluminum is flexible on the wheelie bar and it has a lot of adjustments. but idk ask others who have used both

If it takes some good hits its gonna be broke . My friend had an integy wheelie bar on his savage at one point lol

it taken numerous hits and its not broke, it just bends, which has saved screws and my bumper. I just bend it back:) thats the only reason i got it

I once picked up a set of integy aluminum savages skid plates front and rear. I got so tired of hammering them straight that I finally popped a fuse.....yeh full on smoke coming out of my ears! I threw them far away from my workbench. I swear if you used a pop cans to make your own it'd probably be 100 times stronger.

but... Integy uses pop cans for aluminum...

So holy crap this thing comes with a lot of spare parts. And they dont really tell you what they all are. Like whats this metal cone shaped thing with the holes in it? Theres also a bag of really thin small washers, not the kind for the plug. I'm assuming the oil is for the shocks. Theres also a bag of some really small washers some are silver some are black. Any ideas or do I need to post pictures?

all you need to do before you do anything to the truck or parts. open up the manual. the manual is the best part of the box

The cone is for the inside of the exhaust pipe, but I heard that they were fused together as well as screwed, it just suppose to make the truck quieter.

Picture time.

love the look of a brand new truck! that body wont last too long so enjoy it! glad you went with a savage :D

I do have a couple questions.

#1. Should I leave the stock servos in until they break or should I just switch to the new ones right away and keep them as the backups?

#2. Is there anything I should change or adjust before I even put rubber to road? Like clutches or anything? Any help to eliminate down the road problems would be great.

So I'm looking into doing the hump pack for the receiver. But what type of connector does the stock receiver in the savage x 4.6 use? Is it JR? And also I am having a heck of a time finding a charger that will charge that type of connector. I dont need anything special. Anyone know what to use?

that will fit, but you will have to plug the battery pack straight into the receiver. and you will need to make a connector that will convert the end of the charger and battery. i had to do that with mine

I understand that it wont work with the switch. No big deal. I dont understand what you are saying about the end of the charger and battery? Dont I just need balancing charger or what? Man this is too complicated for a stupid receiver!

i use an adapter that connects to the white bulky end that charges my pack to my drill, to convert it to a connector that will fit my hump pack connector.. i suck at explaining things

Well I sent in my order for a ERCM side bleed pipe. Its $$$ but I figure I only have to buy it once even if I switch motors. Went with side bleed because I have neighbors.......

Also went with the LiFe packs and the Onyx 235 charger. That way I can get the best out of my upgraded servos.
