ok i have 2 things i ned help with

1. I wreched my car a while back and never got around to fixing it now and i had the whole engine apart amoung other things. But the thing is i bought a new clutch bell and shoes and i dont know if its supposed to be like this or not but the roller bearings on the clutch nut hardly go in the hoel going trough the clutch bell just the tip goes into it I'm not sure if its suppoed to be like this but i wont go any further inless i take of 2 washers and a clip thing and I'm not sure what the purpose of those are so if you can help me out with this it would be great.

2. My servos are all whacky I'm not sure if its the servos or the reciever when i turn right it goes regular but then when io goto turn left it goes the slightest bit and then changes it mind and jerk right adn i dont know why it is doing this. The second thing going wrong with my servo(s)/reciever is that when i turn either way it will cause the throtle servo to rotate a lil bit just enough to rev up the rpm's some more i really need help with these 2 things cause i wanna get this puppy up and running again.

the servo thing.....mine have done similar thing before. just throw in new batteries all around and it should fix your problem.

mine does that too. but I tried new batts. and it still moves but not as much but still enough to rev it up a tiny bit.

ya i already tried new batts still does it but i dont mind that as much as the streeing problem so do you have any idea why the sterring servo would be doing that.

and if you can help me with the clutch bell thing too

First off what is this type car you have? Second verify the vaoltage at the battery is present and charged. Third change ALL BATTERIES both in the Transmitter and for the receiver. If all is well then check all the settings on the mill. Make sure that the servo horns are secure and that they are not stripped in ANY way. mI had this problem and it was my servo horn. Since I didn't replace it in time I lost control and went into a curb...HARD. That killed my servo (gears inside were stripped). Check these first and let's go from there!!!

ok i already put all new batts in so thats not the problem and the horns are fine but another thing i noticed is i can't use the throtle or steering trim to tweak it so I'm thinking the reciever may be messed up oh and i have a Kyosho ultima ST

oh and does anybody have anything to say on my clutch bell question

Ok I haven't had that type of a problem but are all the connectors to the receiver from all servos the right ones?

Did you ask your LHS if the clutch bell was a direct fit or replacement on your engine? What type of shaft is it? threaded..SG or pilot?

the clutch bell is a metal one instead of a plastic but it has all the same dementions its i dentical so its not that the shaft isnt threaded and i dont know waht a SG or pilot shaft is

oh and yes the connectors are good and in the right places

it has a shaft like the second one which has a clutch nut that screws on

ok I think that you may need to take off the whole clutch assembly off and trim a LITTLE. You can never replace what you take off. Check first!!!!

I mean trim the SHAFT itself. Check first though. The clutch bell may not have enough room to tighten all the way down. Be SURE before you begin as this cannnot be reversed. I am not familiar with the kyosho mill but this may be the answer .
