I've got a .40 Mustang that I want to re-cover and go with something that's racy looking. I've searched the net for pics but nothing really shocked my monkey.

Any suggestions would be helpful, pics would be an added bonus. I'm planning on re-covering it after vacation.......thnaks!!

By racey do you mean like one of those Reno racers?
How about something like this:

as far as racey, something thats flashy, an eye-catcher.....something that is "out of the ordinary"............something you don't see every day.............if it'll help, they call me "Mr. Excitement" at the field cause of my flying.........low, inverted and FAST!!!!!! ROFL

When i had my P-51 I got ALOT of looks and it was just stock looking. Like the normal P-51's. There kinda hard planes to come by, so me personally I would just redo it (If it needs it) like the P-51 again. Plus I sold mine on ebay for, well enough to by my savage and have some leftovers, and I dont know how it would have done all colorful and stuff.. Either way though, there cool planes, very fast, and just plain old cool. Keep us posted on what ya decide

i saw a cool vid the other day ofP-51's with WWII paint schemes and i was wondering where can somone find a nice ARF p-51

i saw one for around 230$ at tower i believe and is electric that claims 40 mph, all it needs is 8 AA's
