Need Help With Cooling Heat Sink Head

Do you not have a cooling head, probably the original, on it now? These are for people who have damaged or just want to change the look of their existing cooling head. If yours is in good physical condition then there likely no NEED for this, other than looks.

sorry, i'm a revo guy and not familiar with your rig. We get a lot of "recommend hop up" questions that go fairly unanswered simply because it is sorta vague. What I recommend is posting a specific concern and ask for solutions. Find out what you truck is not doing that you think it should be doing or vice versa and post specifically on that topic. You'll likely get better feedback.

For instance.
title: ideas to reduce tendency to roll

post body: My car seems to roll over in a turn easier than others like it and was wondering what adjustments or hop ups might help reduce my cg and make it handle the corners better.

Inevitably, someone would tell you to slow down but you will also get feedback that you can use.

You get the idea.

You kind of disregarded cptvkirk's response.

Its true, when you say hop up, are you going for performance or looks?
We need to know these things.

Example, just imagine you want to hop it up so it goes faster, and you ask for a good hop up in general without specifying the need for it. Someone could say, get an aluminium wing mount. Doesn't help you does it?

All in all, just saying please be more specific.

No problem, and i apologize if i came across as rude in my last post.
So you need hop ups for jumping? That makes it easier :)
I'd get some decent shocks to start with. Maybe some big bores.
I'm not familiar with your rig so i'm not sure if you can get one, but a decent roll cage can help, as crashing happens fequently when jumping.

I honestly dont know sorry.
I'd hate to tell you it fits, only to have you buy one and realise it doesn't.
So I'm not sure, but your on the right track!
Some aluminium in the right places can help.
What are your body posts made of? One thing you could do to help with landing on your lid, is get some strong body posts, and put a few rubber grommets it it, then put the body on. Damn near indestructable! That, paired with a rollcage would be invincible!
(Dont hold me to that)

il have a look for a roll cage but atm I've only got plastic arms which hold the body up. I've been jumping my truck over small ramps and landed doing cartwheels and nothing has broke yet so its not doin 2 bad.:tank:

Yeah, it's all good untill something breaks :p:

But i do think it'd be a good idea for some alloy body posts, rubber grommets and a roll cage. Definatly protect your truck, not to mention be a bit easier on the body. And also, as you said about the cartwheeling. That happens a lot with jumping, so i'd get some good quality A-Arms such as RPM. Very strong! That paired with strong shocks will also make your rig very reliable. Thats the thing with bashing rigs, they dont need to be light, and nimble like racers. Strong and tank-like is what we aim for! And when all the upgrades get too heavy, we buy a bigger mill! :D:D :first_place:
