need help quick!!!!!!!!

I got a 1/10 scale by smartech i would drive it for only less than 5 min and than its out of nitro fuel can some body help me fix my problem please. by the way I'm new to the board my name is brandon.

Hello Brandon and welcome to the forum, if you havent washed your car then check it for leakage around the carburator area and wherever the fuel line goes.

If there are no leaks, then maybe you are running extremely rich from your breakin? If so then lean it out by adjusting the needle 1/8 turn clockwise (tighten it) at a time.

Depending upon how big your tank is and how your engine is tuned a 1/10 scale usually lasts around 8 minutes. BUt, sice you say less than 5 minutes there probably is a minor problem. How is the performance of the engine, does it bog and spew oil out the exhaust? If so you are just running your engine very rich and that can be fixed by turing the HSN (The big adjutable needle on your carurator) in small incriments clockwise.

Or, you may have a leak as stated. Check your fuel tank, fuel lines, and your carburator for any leakage and get back to us.
