need help please ,,very urgent ,,..!!!!!!!

good evening ppl .
i recently advertise my hopped up mini-t on here and 2 other forums ,
well it came to a good deal wit ha person from radio control universe ,
i was offered a TRX 2.5R and misc tmaxx parts for my hopped up mini-t ,
we made arrangements to ship together on tuesday and that evening we would exchange tracking numbers w/ delivery confirmation
this is normally the way i ship (covers your assola in the long run)
but anyway ,this person has respond to 1 email since tuesday ,but it was with no numbers or proof he shiipped.
he recieved my package yesterday at 10:05am i checked the delivery confo,
i have gotten nothing not even a damn email saying it was shipped ,all i got was this message
(do not worry, i'm not going to try and get over on you) from this person ,
well i think i have been scammed ,or frauded or whatever the hell you call it ,,
ripped off ,,,theres the owrds
what the hell can i do,call the police dept in his town??
let it go for a few days ???
right at the moment i am rather pissed and just need someone to give me some advice please
i know you ppl are cool thats why i hang here the most and try to help other ppl out ,,i am not a scammer i have traded and bought form members here,
but this just isnt right ,,

please advise me as to what direction to take this

Wow that sucks. If I were you I would contact his police department and see what their polices are on things like this it is defferent in many states.
The biggest problem is that many departments will tell you to wait about a week and if nothing happens then they will take action. But if I were u I would contact his police department and speak with someone their now. I would also contact the people at RCU and tell them

i say you have his name and address .. do a people search .. call him ...

if he gives ya a hard time on the phone .. call the police or there is an internet fraud site .. i don't know exactly where or what the link is .. i am sure with a search it will come up

i did a ppl search and found nothing ,,got the address and exactly where he live ,and he did not post his phone number in his info ,,but i can not find it via interent

Be calm dont do anything stupid. If u do go to his house dont threaten him phisicaly or u could wind up in the cuffs. I would call his local PD and see what they say

If I were u I would also print out all the transactions u 2 made all the e mails and things like that it will give u proof that this happend

My mom works for the SD here in medford. She said their is an agencie that handles internet theft but she can't think of the name try a search on internet theft.

i got all the proof saved ,,
and if i am right this is concidered theft by deception and fraud
could be wrong ,,and trust me i will go thru the proper channels to have this taken care of ,,
hopefully i am jumping the gun ,but it just pisses me off that he hasnt returned my emails and no prrof that he has shipped anything ,
i am going to call the state police in my state and see if there is anything thye could refer me too as to retrieving my item i traded or going thru with further action against this person ,

Here bro here is the link you need for internet fraud http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp I got ripped off my some a hole on ebay I bought a ps2 game and never got it and he closed his account I found this link and filed a report, my local police department is doing a investigation on him and are tracking him down to press charges on him they told me they already know where he is and I will get my money back its easy to do just fill out all the info you have this should help you out.
