Need help. New to nitro!!!

Ok guys, i just bought a second hand HPI Nitro RS4 Evo 3+.
Thing is, i am completely new to nitro, have no idea what to do ith it, how to start it.
Can someone please tell me exactly what I need, and what to do with it.
For example, what is priming, and how do you do it.
Also I've read of things called glow plugs, do you need one, how do you use it, are they expensive?
Oh and becauseit's second hand, can someone tell me how to do a complete check over to make sure everything is in working order, and also how clean the motor, etc.

Read all of the sticky's at the top of this forum it will give you a lot of useful info, also yes you do need a glow plug it is like a small spark plug that you heat up with a glow plug ignighter when you are starting your car, to prime your nitro motor you put your finger over the exhaust hole while turning the motor over for about five seconds.

You might also check out the manufactures' website, they should have an owners manual that you can download or at least read to get you familiar with the car's layout. Some manuals are better than others, but hopefully it'll help a little.
