Hi guys i was wondering what type of nitro gas i should use in my traxxas rustler for just bashing.Thanx

if it has less than an inch of ground clearance and less than an inch of suspension travel then no. how do you think a touring can jump, it won't even make it up the ramp without getting high-centered

ummm ok.Can i bump up my car to be on and off road? Not mainly jumps just able to go off-road over big bumps and all?

If you don't care about engine life you can go to 30% but it is more expensive. I use 20% and by brand only. I was using Trinity Team blend 20% and that was fine for all my rides. But I tried Dynamite 20% Blue thunder and that is perfect for my needs and cheaper. THe 30% will give you more power not much IMO but the 20% should be fine. I would also recommend using After Run Oil after you are done running. When I am done I like to shoot some nitro clean on the head where the glo plug is at. Just to clean the oraface surrounding the plug so no dirt falls in there when you do take offf the plug. I add 2-3 then cycle the engine by manually turning the flywheel for about 10 seconds then add 2 more drops. I also put a couple of drops in the carb as well.

I Believe .21 Engines And Higher Can Take 30% But Will Run Hot. Other Wise 20% Will Work Fine. Which Is What U Should B Using Reguluraly.

i use monster horsepower in my rustler (and in all my nitro's) and it works just fine

and no you can't increase the ground clearance by itself. you have to get longer-stroke shocks and longer a-arms. i'm probably not the best person to ask since i've never had a tc.
