I'm going to get my first airbrush very soon and I already have the aircompressor. Should I get a moisture trap that connects at the tank or should I get the smaller individual one that hooks to each individual airbrush? Does it matter which one?

I prefer a trap at the compressor end, but it doesn't really matter as long as you have one.

I have a standard moisture trap at the compressor end and another one at the airbrush. If you look in the parts box on the right it's the little clear bowl with the mini quick release attachments on each end. Easy to swap from one gun to the next without and disassembling.

That is a good point but I wont be painting a body for more than 10 minutes at a time. However I may end up getting more than one airbrush so that would also be a good reason to go with one single one at the tank. If I got a trap with a regulator on it is there any reason why I wouldnt want to repalce my tanks regulator with one like that or is it best to get get one thats inline?

*EDIT* Thats a good idea too rolex....I take it a single trap isnt always enough? I see you dont have any siphon feed brushes Rolex. why is that? I'm curious. Seems like siphon feed would be easier to work with especially if your painting large areas?

Thanks for all the good info guys....I like to research things from every angle before I start spending money one them
