So what's the best way to cut straight lines on lexan bodies ? I've got a Dodge Charger Daytona that has a bunch of straight lines. I always seem to end up with wavy lines when I use lexan scissors. The Daytona is the one with the drop nose and high wing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hobby knife and the scoring method worked great.

I used to have the same problem. After I was informed of using a hobby knife and then breaking the lexan, the universe became a better place.
Absolutely. I was way over thinking it.
