Hey guys. Recently, I had a little crash with my drone, and the one part I broke they don't sell. I contacted the company, they helped, but still, I can't get the part. I was wondering if somebody could design and send me some. I can post measurements.
Thanks

I would just get some 2 part epoxy and glue that back on. Or if that is ABS plastic, you can use plastic weld to repair it. Plastic weld actually melts the plastic back together, creating a secure connection that is just as strong as the solid part, and likely much stronger than a 3d printed part.

You can take some bits of ABS plastic, like from a 1/25 scale model kit sprue tree and create a slurry by soaking the plastic bits in acetone, or 100% pure acetone nail polish remover. This creates a putty to add additional material material around the repair that will also become part of the part, making the joint even stronger than it originally was.

That part would be a fairly tough part to print, and due to the dedign, would not be a very strong print.

Happy to give this a shot. Wouldn't charge you for design time, just materials cost and shipping. I'm a mechanical design engineer by trade and currently use solidworks or onshape. Post up some measurements!

Thanks, but the entire piece is warped. It ain't fixable.

Perfect! Yes, give me a bit, and I'll send you pictures and measurements. Will millimeters work?
