Well I searched for a workbench page but all i came up with was one that FastEddy made and the last post was almost a year ago and it said not to clean it up but i had just cleaned it up(i have to or else my little sister gets into every little piece. I even have to hide my Cars!). So I'll post a picture of my very clean workbench(LOL), and I guess i'll start a workbench posting page. I know there was advice in building a workbench but i didn't want to take that topic over. So here goes:

Heres an "overall" picture of my workbench:

Heres the top wood "tiles" :

Heres my cabnet/Shelf area:

Here it's open(my R/C is in that clear box on the shelf, it's a 1/18 until i get the rustler):

And heres my drawer area/Soda storage(Gotta have my sugar!! :spit: ):

I actually didn't build this workbench nor my dad. We moved in last Febuary and it was already made. It's REALLY nice. In the picture's thats only a part of the bench. Thats "my" half of the bench. Theres a piece of duct tape splitting my half of the workbench with my dads. I need to get light in there and an electrical power strip. Hopefully i can put my dad's air compressor up there when he gets it fixed. Looking forward to seeing everyones Workbench. If you want you can put your R/Cs anywhere stage them and clean up if you feel like it.

Thanks,
Todd( SpitFire )

thats a nice work bench. can't wait until the people in my basement move out so my mom ( dont live with my dad. he litterally doesn't want me) and i can deside what part of the basement is mine and what is hers.

Nice area for working on your cars. We have 3 workbenches in our shop. 2 of the 3 are used but only for some reason, stuff keeps migrating from one bench area to another.

well here is my work area I know it's a dissaster area but it has been cleaned up since the pics were taken. And no I didn't build em they were in the house when I moved in so I just made use of them. what you can't see in the pics is the 6 gallon 2hp compressor under the bench in the first pic and the anti fatigue foam floor tiles I think those are a must have. and the 3 RC's in the pics are the HotBodies Lighting, Savage and R40

HOLY CRAP BATMAN.....we need proof of life to beleive you resurected that mess to usable space....

I'll get some updated pics up by this weekend,
It looks a lot worse then it was, I had just moved in and was just tossing stuff here and there just to get it out of boxes. even now it's far from neat but it's much more workable.

Lmao, that looks like my room right now. I'm staying with my Dad right now and I have a small room with all of my Rc stuff cramed in here with the rest of my junk. Every where you look there is rc parts lol. I do have a nice metal shelf my dad gave me to put my trucks on but I need more room lol

I'm not sure if this is a "post what you got" thread or not...

Anyway, here's my work "area". Not really a bench. It's our dining room.
Messy:

Hmm... can't find a current "clean" pic. It looks like the above most of the time anyway since we rarely use the dining room for eating. Except for today... and Christmas.

lol...WD40 in the house! My mom would freak! Anyways, yes this is a "post what you got thread". I just titled it Wanna be workbench because alot of people don't really have a "workbench" and we substitute for them. I have a little 1/28 car( XMod ) and it's parts are all over my desk.

I just moved so i work in my room at the moment dont realy got pics yet. When we moved in their was a workbench down stairs that the previous owner(wannabe contractor)built and i sat my tool box on top of it and the bed collapsed.lol

Will get pictures soon/.../

Olds97...tell her to go stand by my uncles semi when he sprays down his engine with degreaser...she won't like WD40 then!
