if the thread is fuked in the motor will it stop it from starting, because i my glow plug off an the thread was threaded n i looked into the motor an it look like it has come away aswel:|
 
I'm sure it wld stop it from starting..
you wld be loosing compression or my might have small shavings in your engine..

Well, after taking a few minutes to digest your post I'm coming away with "I removed my glow plug and the threads in the head came out with it". Is that correct?

You should be able to get a new button for your engine that will have fresh threads on it and allow you to install a NEW glow plug and regain your compression.

Maybe post up what engine is in your truck too...
