I might be trading my t for a Nitro Helicopter. If i do trade i'll save up and buy a brand new one (eventually).I'll be taking a look at the helicopter if the guy still has it tomorow sometime... Do You think its worth the trade for a Helicopter ???:nuke:

No i have never flown one but i've wanted one for longer than i have had my maxx !!! But i can't decide !!! I have so much put into that maxx right now,and i still have other plans for it.But i also want a helicopter. So i have to think this one over for a bit.

Helicopters crash and burn... Bad.. heheh Think the T would be bad for broken parts. One guy here has one, he spends more than 100 a week just to keep it flying. Looks fun tho....

Ya Well i got TONS of time to think this one ever so.The maxx will be ending up staying i bet...Ya and i thought my t was hard to keep running $$$.Ya if the helicopter crashes its going to take a big hit on my wallet...well going to think it over..

Hey by the way i just broke 300 POSTS YAY FOR ME... LOL

Helicopters are fun, but very difficult to fly. If you want to get into flying, get a plane first and learn to fly. Then, move up to a Helo. Plan on spending a bunch of money on a Helo.

Theres a guy up here who flys them and hes like 3rd in the country in rankings. He flies that thing upside down until the blades are like 1 inch off the ground. I can believe the stuff he does with that helicopter its just plain sick. I couldnt fly one though I just dont have the balls. The only thing I'm flyin is my buggy.

Ya it would be cool to have a choper but it porably would be REALLY hard to control and like sombody said "CRASH AND BURN"!!

Keep the maxx. helicopters are fun and all but...my neighbor down the street has one and man...he is rich. So i see him taking it down to the lhs for repairs every other day. The maxx is more worthwhile. And you alreayd know about RC trucks. Learning about choppers might be harder and one more thing-Stick Radio. Unless you like those kind.

If your really want a heli go and buy the simulator first. It comes with a relistic joystick, plugs right into your gameport on your pc and you can crash n burn all day long without having to pay for repairs.

From talking to guys that fly helis at my LHS its really worth it. They had a demo version set up last week that I was playing with and its really not that easy to fly.

You can check it out here:

Airplanes are kinda hard to fly, but helicopters are really hard to fly. They have crash kits for helicopters and they're like over 100 bucks.

If you're serious about helicopters than get the real flight simulator and learn off of that. Then go get a helicopter and join a club and learn how to fly. I don't care how good you are in a simulator, real life is harder.

Anything that flies, you really should be a member of a club...it costs more but it's well worth it.

people always seem to post what i'm about to say before i do:depress:

I run realflight sim and still have not masterred hoverring. Keep in mind, it has been a year!!!!! I fly planes and have NO problems there. Heli's are a world of their own. Even real heli pilots crash them many of times.

Best bet would be to buy a SMALL electric and get that one masterred first.

My .60 class raptor cost about 1,200 and I still havent flown it!!!! Not until I master the sim. And even then, I am going to a professional flight instructor around here and paying the 200$ to learn how to fly the real deal. Good thing is, they are his helis that you learn on.

Well i figure out if the guy still has it tonight so...If i do trade i'm still going to save up and get another t-maxx...

Ya your right. I'm keeping my Maxx. But i've been wanting something that i can fly !!! I was recently looking at parkflyers but i don't get it you have to wrap stuff around the fram of the plane ????I want to get something that flys and that i can controle..But it has to be relatively cheap and durable.Any Suggestions ??? i've alwaysed been amused by things that fly so i want something that can fly (other than my maxx which flys nicely).:)

get a flying game for playstation 2 ya can fly when its raining out side and if you crash plane no biggy :nuke: I've always wanted a plane too but figure id have better luck on the ground

Rob- I don't have a playstation 2 though...I'm thinking of getting the G2 simulater thing !!! does any one know the price for it though ????:contract:

Paper airplanes...they're cheap, easy to make, easy to fix, and extremely cheap to replace should you burn in on a flight. :D

Hey man, if you lived near me, i'd take u up on one of my planes...i'm always willing to take people up...too bad you're in canada
