I'm trying to remember what my Revo looked like when I did the FOC, I'm not even sure you could install it backwards and it would do anything at all.....I don't think the gears would line up right. Again I'm just going from memory, which can be sketchy at time.
I'd like to hear the answer to Rolexs' question about the diffs, that seems to be the only thing that makes sense to me.

So, did you pull the diffs and see if they were in upside down? That is really about the only thing that could be going on right now. I did it once with my t-maxx many years ago. However, I didn't think it was as easy to do in the revo due to the shape of the diff case. But it's been a while since I've had a revo and don't recall how the bulkhead is molded.
