Here is my update after swaping my tranny with my buddy my revo was still doing the same and his drove fine on my tranny so the problem was upside down differentials, I've reinstalled them correctly (they were upside down) and now it goes just fine, thanks a lot for all the replys this is great and very helpfull site!!!

Ps. How long can you run revo without taking break? If it gets too hot does it turn it self off?? Better to run it rich?-safer?

Thanks

Running rich can do just as much damage as running lean.... it could be that it can't reach its proper running temp and that could damage the motor as well. And no, the only way that the motor will have a thermal shutoff would be if something broke on it...... You could run all day long with it, as long as you monitor your temps.

Now with what Alpine said that is true..I have ran 7-8 tanks in a row with no over heating before..However.... if you are still worried there is a Venom failsafe with a temp protection mode built in. It is not a bad idea for someone new to RC and is not to confident in their tuning skills yet. Kinda like training wheels...lol

its funny i havent posted for 2 pages and the last 2 pages were about me

See, that is the problem--you think it is funny. We do not like you spouting nonsense and mis-information. If you recall, the part of your post that Ralph edited satated that, "It is not your diffs" or something to that effect. Guess what? It WAS his diffs.

Glad you got her fixed! Sorry for all the trash that got into your thread. As you can tell, we have a few wanna-be's that spout bad advice all over the forum. True, none of us is right all the time, but to issue a blanket statement that it positively couldn't be something is ridiculous. You yourself were questioning if the diffs were in upside down.

At any rate, please do not let this dissuade you--threads that don't have crap in them don't get crapping on.

That makes very little sense to my mind, but i see your point !!

some threads WILL get crapped on, just try to take no notice. most of us here are more than willing to help steer you right. Unfortunately there are some that type out some sub par advice that is far from helpful.

I try to be helpful, if i am wrong, or suspect i am wrong, i will add that into my post by either stating "i might be wrong" or "correct me if i am wrong"

Glad you got it sorted though and you learnt something valuable about diffs too.
