Funny, I haven't seen Traxxas whining all over the net about how wronged they were by the big bullies who own a trade-mark, or the first-use rights to a name.

Trying to pass it off as it was their idea to change it. Like they wasn't at fault for stealing someone else's name, and just decided to spend thousands of dollars to recall the product and swap out all the packaging and documentation because they think Modified sounds better. SMDH!

The FMS Max Smasher is now the Smasher because Traxxas thinks they own the name Max, even though Traxxas's stuff is named Maxx. I wonder if they think they own the name Ma too

Look out things named "Modified". Traxxas will be coming for you since they came up with it. And we won't be able to say we modified our rigs anymore.

It's not butt hurt for me. I just find it funny. Traxxas has put a lot of good people out of business. They bankrupt HPI when they were in their prime. So seeing them get even just a small taste of their own medicine is quite enjoyable to see.

Not sure what we did to him, or what we did to ourselves, but it doesn't explain why he's destroying an RC car. The only thing that really explains that is it's just another Facebook idiot.

I couldn't agree more that anything to do with Traxxas is plain stupidity... and greed

What Brett Allen did in that video was literally beat a dead horse, even 9x19 picked up on that... LOLz

If anything the publicity stunt will likely skyrocket margins for Traxxas in the end because any publicity will spark interest.

If it was stolen I can understand. But to buy it then destroy it is more money then brains..... unless you owned it before tge corruption or whatnot. Then it's whatever.
