HB,

I will recommend placing it somewhere that it wont get disturbed when you get T-boned by me. :hump:

Yeah now that I a getting more comfortable with soldering I might add some wire as Dynamite makes the lead wire hella too short as to keep it close the the receiver (tops like half inch or so). I just really dunno where to put it. Maybe I will just use my micro JR R200 rx and just deal with the crystals. I need a transponder now. Where can I get one for a decent price any leads?

I know it's in a bad spot though. We will see what I can do with it.

HB- Looks great. It is a nice kit to build. I had the same problem with the throttle Alum. servo horn too. So I used the plastic as well. HAve fun with it, hopefully we can race each other at one of the bashes.

Thanks Team 17, and thanks again for the help you gave to us from the begining! I would love to race ya, hope it works out.

Cars look great,

Blazer - a recommendation - Increase the fuel tubing coming from the pipe to the tank to around 8 inches in length and wrap it in a loop. This will prevent pulsing, otherwise it foams up the fuel and can also cause airbubbles in the fuel line going to the carb.

Otherwise - car looks great.

Thanks, and thanks for the tip. I did that with my buggy so I should know better, I was just following the directions to a T or at least trying to and the directions showed it routed this way. I will try it both ways for sure.

I ordered new spurs from nitrohouse this morning. The set of 6, 3 1st and 3 2nds cost about 35.00.

I did notice that the gears seemed a bit tall for the tracks we will be running on so I decided to try a few different ones out. I also noticed 2 different sets available, the standard and a fine pitch. I ordered the standard for now not wanting to sing any more denero yet.

I hope to have it back on the road in in the next couple of days.

HB- I see u mounted ur throttle servo on top of the radio tray. Did u have a problem when u installed it the way the manuel says? I know I did and I had to do the same thing.

Let me double check the manual tonight but I am alomost postive the manual said to install it the way I did. I had no problems mounting it the way I did, the only problem being the discussed metal servo arm not working.

I feel like a real idiot! I looked at the manuel again and u guys are right. When I put mine together I misread the diagram and installed it from the bottom of the tray. Sorry about the mis info guys.

no worries, it happens to the best of us!:smoke:

I can't tell you how many times I thought I read the directions wrong but didn't. Ill follow up that statement with the countless times I thought I read them properly but in time was proved wrong.

The Joys!
