If your car has no center diff, yes. You shoud be able to remove the dog bones and make your car 2wd.

Depending on manufacturer, 'C' ratings don't always mean what they should.
Generally though, yes, higher C rating will give you more power.

I'm not sure I know 'A' rating for battery other than amps.
