I have some .MOV video files on my cpu from doin some bashing footage, and am lookin to make a small movie. Now, the camera I am using only comes out detailed as a .MOV , the rest are blown and blurry when I convert.

Does anyone know a free program I can use that is compatable with .mov?

Thanks

I use windows movie maker for everything. I have a few other programs that will convert nearly anything to anything also.

Have you guys had any issues with the quality being lowered after editing ? for instance my camera shoots in 1080p but when i edit it with windows the quality suddenly is pixalated on youtube when i upload it so i stick to un editing because of that.

So is there a separate process to keep my quality ? like how do i save it to stay 1080p or i would even be happy with 360p.

I use format factory to do converting. Allows you to choose multiple files to be converted as a batch operation so you can just select, click go, and walk away and come back when its done. Supports an insane amount of formats plus has predefined set ups for doing mobile and such for quick starts.

I use the CucuSoft Ultimate Converter Suite. It can convert from anything to anything as well as rip DVDs. If you have a lot of files, it also has a batch mode.

Thanks HPI I am downloading now, I hope I can pull these videos with some decent quality to them, I like what I captured.
