motor spray for nitro engine?

the guy at the hobby store said that motor spray is fine for cleaning a nitro engine with, i bought some but i want to know if he is right or if i will do something bad to my engine.

the motor spray he sold me is the team orion motor spray if that makes any difference.

i will keep the motor spray to clean off bearings and what not even if the guy was wrong.

Yes, that will work just fine. Nitro Blast works better though. Just make sure your carb is sealed off from getting the stuff in there...a drop of 2 wont hurt, but seal it off the best you can so nothing gets in.

A cheaper alternative in the long run is denatured alcohol in a high pressure spray bottle and a toothbrush. Nitro Blast will put you in the poor house, quick.
