Motor mounts won’t lineup

Can anyone help me I have a trophy truggy 4.6 motor and I’m trying to put a LRPZR 28 spec 4 And the trophy truggy 4.6 but the motor mounts does not lineup what do I do

Have to make it work yup drill and tap have to do it all the time
Just keep eye on ur walls don’t make them to thin
