How do you read a Lipo battery? 1200mAh 2S 30C 7.4V yeah sounds good some might say 2s 3oc 1200mah..witch you charge at 1c=1.2amps and 30c x1.2 =36amps and you will have burst amps

this depends on motor class and machine goin in exp 22ookv good for monsters and truggys 2600kv better for cars and buggys

You can use lipos with either brushed or brushless motors. You just need an esc with a low voltage cutoff or an external lvc. Same with nimh except for you need no lvc. Just stop as soon as the vehicle slows down noticeably. Mah refers to capacity. Or run time. 2s on a lipo battery means 2 cells. 3.7 volts per cell. 3.7 x 2= 7.4. C is the continuous output rating. The higher the better. The higher the kv motor, the bigger the battery you need. There's way more to this, though. Can size varies. The best advise I can give is tell us what vehicle and motor/esc combo you want to use. We will tell you where to go from there.
