MIP Butt Sink - Is it worth it?

I was offered a MIP Butt Sink for my O.S. CV-R today at my local hobby shop. It is a 3 fin aluminum type of heat sink that mounts where the recoil starter is placed.

Anyway, is anybody out there using this rear heat sink, and if so what type of temperature decrease have you had on the engine? Does it improve performance to a level worth the $19.00 it costs.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have one on my Losi. Does it improve temps? I can't really say because I never checked them but it looks cool if nothing else.
