Basically anything on the Mini-T can be upgraded.

i dont have any pics but i just added MIP CVDs, dual disk slipper, some proline road rage tires, a ball differential. i also have coming in the mail a hitech mini upgrade servo and 6 cell 2600 mAh battery pack.
now I'm ready for a brushless setup i just dont know what one yet.

so as you can see the options are pretty unlimited out there, you can either get parts for show, race, fun, or a combination of all.

the choise is yours my friend!

I updated my original post, I had to go take some better pictures of my One18th stable. :)

I haven't really replaced many parts with aluminum on my Mini-T except the steering knuckles because they stripped out when I wrecked it. The chassis set is only $6.00 at my local hobby shops, and almost any stock replacement parts set will be under $10.00 which is a plus for the stock parts if you bash a lot.

The parts I highly recommend are titanium turnbuckles, I have them all around on my Mini-T bug and they do not bend or break. In fact, I was running a set of stock turnbuckles on the front and when I crashed it at almost 30mph into a curb they bent bad. The titanium turnbuckles on the rear of the front held strong. They are very affordable considering the price of stock replacements.

I also recommend a bearing kit, even on a stock Mini-T you will notice a difference. Another good thing is the 7.2v Packs, there are many out there so make your decision on which you want. I went with the Team Losi packs, they perform very well.

RPM Front bumper is a must, I have one on my RC18b and my Mini-T as well. They will save you in low speed bumps, and protect the body quite well. You will notice that my high speed crash did not even effect the bumper and the body was not even scratched.

Dual disc slipper and Ball differential are also great add-ons, as well as MIP CVD's. I have two sets but have not installed them, but anyone will tell you they are excellent hopups.

I don't even want to begin to count how much money is invested in these minis, but they are very fun to drive.

hey marauder, what do you have on that rc18 to make it soo fast, that lil thing is screamin...lol...does the brushless motor really make it that much faster?

did you upgrade the suspension on that mini bug? if so what shocks are u using? . and next thing i will get for sure is those upgraded turnbuckles. now only are they stronger but you can make alignment adjustments without having to take them on and off. another plus about those!

also does that mamba brushless you have. does that come with the computer link so you can set it up by computer? I'm really looking to invest in one of those ASAP!

It's a 6-Cell battery with a Mamba 25esc and 6800kv Brushless motor. It would be much faster with street tires and a lipo.

It's the Team Losi Mini-T Racing Shock Set
, you can get them that don't include the pink front springs now which I think look much better. My Mini-T handles like it is on rails. I believe the Mamba 25 can be programmed on a pc, but mine didn't come with the link. I just printed the manual the other day and it has instructions to do it manually which I will probably do.

great thanks alot. i need to get that suspension kit and turnbuckle hit. than I'm going brushless. ill probably still stick with the ni mh pack i have. if its to fast it will just wheelie out of control. just looking for that sweet spot so i can race =]

yeah, i would really like to get into racing, but the nearest track is over an hour away...and i am still on my first vehicle, so i wanna learn a lot more before i get into racing
