Mini-T. I have decided...

Well I've been seeing more of this little thing around in the last couple of weeks. I've decided that I can't live without it. How sad is that? I know it won't be available until around Thanksgiving. But I was looking at my change jug and there might be close to enough in it. So now it's just that waiting game until it's released. And when I get it, I'll be sure to post plenty of pics and a review for you all!!!! Anyone else going to be joining me?

the LHS crowd is going race the mini-T's this winter. last year they did the micro rs4's. before the winter is up, i too may have one of these things. i haven't seen any mention of a kit yet. that would be cool.

I looked on Horizon Hobbies and they have a pretty good description of it. It's just too cool. I can imagine the kinds of hop-ups that will be coming out, too. I won't be racing since there's no hobby shops within 2 hours, but I will have a ball indoors anyways. I have a few pretty big adjacent rooms in my apartment and plent of room to make a little off-road course...

they are quoting a price of $149 that's not only meets the micro rs4 price but beats it by $50. i think daddy is going to get an early christmas present.

Alright guys I called my LHS, which is Ultimate Hobbies in Orange, CA. I asked what the selling price of the Mini-T is and they're going to be selling them for $127. They also said they should be receiving them by the end of October.

Are they taking pre-orders you ask? Yes, they are. How many did Ultimate order you ask? They friggin ordered 600 units. I don't think they're gonna sell out.

I don't know if I can post their number here or not. I'll post if I get the ok.

I was at the LHS the other day and overheard the owner telling his wife that Horizon Hobby (The Losi Distributor & Partner), will only be shipping 30 units to each Hobby shop they deal with. I'm not saying its true, but I'dl be getting my prepaid order in quickly if you want to snag one before Xmas....
