Ok lots of mods here, but what is really important here is the Rabid Chichuahua motor from www.blindbatts.com and this mofo battery that is mad crazy yo!

That bad dog is a Li-Poly 7.4 volt 1500 mah. I luv it period. Too fast and to furious. I honestly didn't get to 3/4 of throttle and I was at half for most of the video. It is 15mb. you can get the batt @ www.one18thscale.com (which is Speedster Racing) and it will set ya back $40. I will smoke any mini-t with a Speed 300 class motor period

You need a charger that can charge Li-Poly batteries like the MRC Super Brain 969 Pro Series. I learned a rule of thumb that if a batt is say 1500mah you charge it @ 1.5amp and a 1400mah get charged @ 1.4 and a 1300mah get charged @ 1.3 and so on.

Cool vid...how much runtime do you get with a Lipoly pack?

argh, Quicktime format....at least there is a way to play those now without installing quicktime...called QuickTime Alternative. Then you can play them in Windoze media player....If you install it you don't need to install media player classic.

Just thought I would pass that along for anyone who doesn't like QT, there is also an alternative for Realplayer vids too.....

I hate QT but my camera saves all movies as a .MOV, maybe Kodak has some deal with Apple. Anyone know how to convert a .MOV to a .wmv? And I will let you know how much runtime I get after I can get my car to stay together for a whole pack. This thing is insane to control.

There are conversion utlities for different video formats, but I'm not sure about that one. I just did a quick search on google for "convert quicktime video" and came up with a few hits. Maybe there is something free available, but I've never done it myself.

Uh, I gave you Q-Time pro. It should do a convert to AVI, then import it into Movie Maker and save as WMV.

Or send it my way, I'll hook ya up.

Li-Po bats are the shiznit. Especially for e-flying. I could on imagine what they would do in a Mini-T.

They guy from Speedster told me that, there is a name for that formula he said it but it didn't quite stick in the old noggin. All he does is race electrics. It is for all batteries

I do not suggest using the Brain for charging litium polymer batteries...use Astro Flight 109 charger instead...much safer:

Actually the Super Brain 969 (PRO SERIES) Is specifically designed for Li-Poly and Li-ion as well as conventional Ni-cd's and Ni-MH's This is not to be confused with the Super Brain 969 regualar version (the purple one) It says right in the hand book and the guys selling these batteries who is very knowlegeable lists the 969 Superbrain Pro Series as the right charger for the Kokam 7.4 1500mah Li-Poly

he,s actualy runnin a 300 size brushless by hacker, able to hold 10 cells. hes runnin the exact same batt as you but hes runnin the three cell instead of the two. other stuff is just basic like oil shocks, racer edge heat sink engine mount, aluminum slipper pads and hes done other mods i can't remember off hand.

I said Speed 300 class motor and a brushless motor cannot be compared with a normal Speed 300, I have no doubt his is faster with 10 cells and 12V pushing that motor. Mine is 7.4V so I could not compete there.

a 3 cell Kokam if my math is right is over 11V's!!!

I didn't take it as a diss at all bro, I was conceding to he has a better truck. Someone always bigger and badder out there for sure. I asked the Hacker guy who posts here what I need for a brushless setup and I got no answer. Do you know what ESC and motor I would need?
