hey guys I am a new addition to the list,club, or what ever you call this and I am new the the hobby also. I just bought on of these magic wheels on ebay for 285.00 which seemed to be a good price for what I was getting. seeings how you can't touch a monster truck for less than 400.00 really. sounds like it is going to be a good beginners truck. keep me updated on any new devolepments. thank

just thought I would let you guys know that I aborted the mission on the magic wheel put a stop payment on the check and sent them an email cancleing my order . I'm going to just go and buy a good truck any Ideas on rtr I'm willing to listen.

If you want a monster I suggest either the new 2.5 T-Maxx or HPI Savage.

Ahh the savage does seem to be the truck of choice but with the way it took off its very likley the Nwe AE GT could do the same thing. This would be great if that happened also. Not to mention I bet the mill on the AE is much more powerful than the stock HPI mill...X

So far from what I have seen I would have to say I'm not to impressed with the AE monster truck. I would still strongly recommend a Savage, or a Tmaxx 2.5
