What sort of rc are you looking to build? What scale?
Any reason you don't want to buy a kit from a manufacturer and build it yourself?
If you're new to rc, I highly recommend buying a kit over trying to buy and assemble individual parts!
Buying an rc part by part will cost you a LOT more than buying an rc in kit form.
If you're just starting, there are going to be a mountain of questions you'll have too.

I thought buying the individual parts would be a lot cheaper but since a kit is a lot cheaper I will probably just go with a kit.
Got any suggestions.

What kind of rc interests you? Where will you run it?
My personal favorites are vintage Kyosho kits I am building a few now.
I like Team Associated buggies and trucks too.
Tekno is a big favorite here too.
If you're looking at crawlers, maybe other ppl would be better to ask. 👍

I am interested in something like a traxxis slash but I barely know anything about rc yet so I'm just looking for suggestions right now.

They're a kit breaker. You can buy parts from there and buold your own, minus any upgrades you want to do.

Did find those parts on thingiverse or did you make them yourself?
Not on Thingiverse... Got 'em from Cults3D. Free files.

Wish I had designed it. Planning on learning Fusion360 and trying to design my own 2WD platform. But that's future lol

Got the servo in and the wiring done. Gonna be working on some more of the steering links. I stole the shocks though so I need to order another set 🙄

Biggest problem ATM is diffs. I ordered them more than a month ago and they haven’t shipped out. I’m gonna get this thing as close to completion as possible. Then we’ll just be waiting on diffs.
