So, I had a old thread that just got cluttered up with too much chit chat. So, here is my new and updated thread. Here you'll see everything 'Luke' (number 1 (or OG))

Up first we have what turned out to be the BEST BUILD I've ever done. The Rustler MM. I love this bad boi to death and I drive it as much as I can.

Second, we've got my MONSTER SLASH! (4x4) Also known as the STASH. Got plans for this rig and I drive it almost as much as the Rusty.

Third, we've got the Arrma Vendetta. This car does not get driven enough. fast and fun. But where I live isn't the best place for a On-road.

My RC workshop!

Hmm, looking through the shelves, I appear to have a few extra cars than I mentioned……

I’ll explain. That white/black/green stampede at the bottom belongs to a friend of mine and I help him fix it up. He’s gotta get some batteries and his car hasn’t made it back to his shop.

That gray/blue Traxxas Slash next to the STASH on the other hand, that one’s mine. Introducing my next build, the Slash MM. it’s still on the stock HCG chassis ATM but that’s fixing to change. This truck is gonna be built to be somewhat raceable. Gonna get it to run pretty fast on just 2S so that it’s legal on more RC tracks. Gonna be 3S capable with a Spektrum Firma 100 ESC and a 4000KV motor (haven’t decided which brand motor I’m gonna get). At the moment it’s got an awful servo. I hope to find a good budget one ASAP.

Oh, if you look through the shelves VERY closely, You'll find a sneak peek of a 3D printed build I've been working on for a very long time now.......


And, yes, I do have one other build coming that should be announced later this year. (It’s in that box behind the tool bag)

Well, this is for sure an interesting build. This is my attempt at 3D printing a raceable RC Buggy. This thing is 10TH scale 4WD, and is belt drive. So far I’ve bought nothing for this build but the driveshafts and reused some of my screws. Here’s my current progress:

The body and wing are printed in PLA filament while the rest is printed in PETG. As I drive the built car I will test different kinds of filaments to try to make this thing as durable as possible. The build technically started Oct. 19, but I haven’t had a chance to post the build until...

Been working on the Typhon tonight. Took out the ESC and servo. ESC was having overheating issues so I’ll have to rig up a fan. Servo will be going inside the STASH. Typhon will be getting worked on before I getting it running. Gonna longerize (K6 chassis) it, and then put a Mojo 4S body and wheels/tires on it. Then I’ll get a motor/ESC (prolly my BLX185 ESC/Motor when I get it fixed up) and a new Servo and it’s ready to rip. I’ll also need new shock towers and front shock shafts. Those will probably go in before electronics. Then the Mojo 4S build will be done. Should be around late April? Then I’ll (eventually) order a Typhon TLR Roller and get a MAX8 and a 9iMOD 40KG servo for the roller. Get it hooked up to the RC4 and that’s a full build. That’ll prolly happen after this summer. So IDK if I’m still getting a Noto 6S (was planning on one, still am). I may just get a V5 and put my EXB chassis on it. Gonna work on the MKUltra and STASH tomorrow night, and hopefully get the STASH running super well. Will need a set of shocks for that. And a LCG chassis plus a set of Tekno shafts on front. Then that build will be done. That could be finished before the end of February. MKUltra will be nearly finished when the diffs arrive. Then all I’ll need will be a ESC/Motor, and shorty pack. Then that build will be done. Should be late March.

That’s all for now, pretty much (most) of the stuff I’m working on.

Well, maybe some of you (Probably not but I hope maybe lol) noticed that I've been rather inactive on the forums lately.....

I'm planning on dialing down my RC hobby a bit. Just takes a lot of time and I'm getting to the point in life where school and money matter a bit more then the things I enjoy most. So, still going to be doing a bit of stuff, but nothing huge or noteworthy for a while.

So here's the plan.

Finishing up certain builds and adding a couple upgrades while doing a full rebuild on each car. Vendetta, Typhon Grom, Slash MM, Stash, Typhon 6S, Rustler MM, (maybe) in that order. Just mostly refreshes and rebuilds to get everything tip-top before possible storage. All cars have some maintenance problems, so those will all get dealt with. I mostly am trying to get as much as possible out of each car without spending any money.

Also am possibly picking up a new budget car this year which will be cool, and I'm hoping to get racing some here soon. Problem is, the only track near me is Apex Raceway in TN, an hour and a half away from me. Another problem is they only race on-road so I'd have to build a TC to race there. Who knows if I'll do that, but if I do it'll probably be a very slow build over the entirety of '26.

Right now, the big idea is saving money for a car, and maybe spending a bit on RC if things are going well.

Also thinking about maybe doing another MM or 3D printed car build, but I still have a ton of work to do on the MKUltra so I don't think another 3D printed car is in the future, but a Bandit MM (Or just a HCG Slash build) is very possible. Slash build would be much cheaper because I already have a lot of extra Slash stuff, but nothing for Bandits or 2WD buggies in general.

So not sure exactly what the future holds, but I'm sure it's gonna be cool.
