loss of power at top speed

hi there ,i own thunder tiger ts4n ,only a few weeks old just ran it in but when i was running it last week it seems to get to top speed and then choke and lose power is this something to do with the full mixture ? to rich/lean maybe ,i have not really played with the needle maybe 1/4 turn clockwise in total ,

the other thing i can think of i was running on 16% fuel ,but last week my model shop were out of stock ,so i bought 18%

it's sounds like it's to lean,try to richer the mixture by 1/8 turn and do high speed pass and see how it goes,if it still loses power then do another 1/8 turn till it runs as you want it.
(1/8 turn on the high speed needle)
