Looking Into A SCT, Ideas?

I'm looking into getting a nitro short course truck but not sure whats the best out there and dont need a RTR kit, id like the HPI baja 5b 1/5 but too pricey so ill settle for 1/8-1/10 scale.

sc8 is the only sc 1/8 i know of.

if you want the 5t get the 5t. nothing else even comes close.

8th scale nitro, I'm with alpine, i think that is the only one as well. at least of the well known brands.

now 10th you have a few choices. i have the electric sc10, and i like it, but its more of a race rig. if you want to bash, i would go with the slayer. its 10th but based on the revo chassis.
